Delete your Start Now account

You can request permanent account deletion from the mobile app under Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm the request while signed in.

If you cannot access the app

Email privacy@startnow.app from the address used for your Start Now account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

Your profile, tasks, micro-steps, affect entries, study material, portfolio metadata and files, room membership, messages, family links, and notification devices are deleted or de-identified. Active invitations are revoked.

What may be retained

Limited security, fraud-prevention, transaction, moderation, and audit records may be retained when required for safety or legal compliance. Backup copies expire through our normal backup lifecycle.
